Revivals Egypt, operating locally as State of Youth Alexandria (and part of the broader Revivals/Flonga ecosystem), is a youth-led community initiative founded in Alexandria. We support young people to design, run, and scale projects that address local challenges across education, gender equality, climate action, and social inclusion.
We believe in Awareness, Advocacy & Action - creating safe, inclusive spaces for young people to practice leadership and build the skills that outlast any single event.

A 6-month KidsRights-supported initiative under State of Youth Alexandria promoting dialogue, awareness, and action on gender stereotypes through youth-led sessions and campaigns. Its values of dignity, equity, and open dialogue remain central to everything we do.
A creative game jam showcase blending imagination, innovation, and sustainability to spotlight youth ideas for urban and cultural revival. Participants crafted interactive experiences that reimagined Alexandria's identity through play and design.
A global AI hackathon hosted in Alexandria that brought young innovators together to build AI-powered solutions and prototypes inspired by resilience, art, and technology. Participants engineered from scratch under creative constraints; Redefining what innovation looks like.
An experimental event empowering young speakers, storytellers, and digital creators to challenge stereotypes and express freely through performance and design. A space where voice, vulnerability, and creativity coexist without judgment.
A 6-month environmental initiative raising climate awareness and fostering climate action as a core value among young people in Alexandria. Reached over 250K youth through digital campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, while running hands-on workshops, clean-ups, and events at venues including Goethe Institut and local nurseries, in partnership with global and local NGOs.

Revivals Egypt is led by Yasin Ahmed, who holds formal recognition as Egypt's State of Youth Country Representative under KidsRights - a prestigious international children's rights foundation. This is a structured initiative with institutional accountability.
